Once I have my prescriptions filled, how do I get my refills?
We know it may not be convenient for you to come back to the hospital for your refills. With Brown University Health Pharmacy’s automated refill line, you can call in your refills any time, day or night. Our staff will process your refills, package the order discreetly, and ship to your home free of charge. Shipping of prescriptions is coordinated so that you do not run out of medication. Orders will arrive at your home on the earliest possible shipping schedule.

Will my discharge prescriptions go on my hospital bill or are they separate?
Your discharge prescriptions filled at Brown University Health Pharmacy are separate from your hospital bill. We will bill your prescription insurance first and you will be responsible for any co-pays upon receipt of the medications.
How do I transfer my prescription to Brown University Health Pharmacy?
Brown University Health Pharmacy will do it for you.
