“Find a Doctor” is operated by Brown University Health and includes all physicians who are on the medical staffs of Brown University Health-affiliated hospitals, without any charge to them. Selection is based upon your needs and preferences. Search results will first present, in alphabetical order, physicians employed or contracted with Brown University Health or its affiliates, followed by an alphabetical listing of physicians who are in Brown University Health’s network of affiliated providers. At the end of that initial list, you can access an alphabetical listing of community physicians with privileges at Brown University Health hospitals. All physicians in Find a Doctor have the opportunity to have a picture or video posted on the site. Neither the order of physicians, nor the presence or absence of a photo or video, in Find a Doctor is intended to reflect any preference, priority, or recommendation by Brown University Health. Find a Doctor search results are also not based on the volume or value of referrals to Brown University Health or its affiliates from any listed physician. Users are free to select their physician of choice from among all Brown University Health-affiliated medical staff physicians.

Kelsey Borner, PhD
Clinical Psychologist
Kelsey Borner, PhD, is a clinical psychologist at the Hasbro Children’s Partial Hospital Program (HCPHP), where she provides assessment and intervention for children and adolescents presenting with combined medical and psychiatric illnesses. Dr. Borner has particular interests in working with youth with chronic pain and physical symptoms, functional neurological symptom disorder, and eating disorders.
Dr. Borner completed her undergraduate education at Bowdoin College, and received her PhD in clinical child psychology from the University of Kansas Clinical Child Psychology Program. She completed her clinical internship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and a fellowship in behavioral pain psychology at Children’s National Hospital. Prior to joining Hasbro Children’s, Dr. Borner was an attending psychologist at Children’s National Hospital in the Department of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Borner is a Clinical Assistant Professor through the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She enjoys supervising psychology and medical students at all levels of training, and has received the Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award.
