Search results will first present, in alphabetical order, physicians employed or contracted with Brown University Health or its affiliates, followed by an alphabetical listing of physicians who are in Brown University Health’s network of affiliated providers. At the end of that initial list, you can access an alphabetical listing of community physicians with privileges at Brown University Health hospitals. All physicians in Find a Doctor have the opportunity to have a picture or video posted on the site. Neither the order of physicians, nor the presence or absence of a photo or video, in Find a Doctor is intended to reflect any preference, priority, or recommendation by Brown University Health. Find a Doctor search results are also not based on the volume or value of referrals to Brown University Health or its affiliates from any listed physician. Users are free to select their physician of choice from among all Brown University Health-affiliated medical staff physicians.

Jesse L. Hart, DO, specializes in pathology at Rhode Island Hospital, and serves as director of immunohistochemistry for Brown University Health Laboratories. He has taught as an invited lecturer at The Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University and at the University of Rhode Island. He has given many lectures at the hospital during the microscopic slide conferences, and received the Golden Apple Award for Excellence in Teaching for his dedication and skill in the field.
