Selection is based upon your needs and preferences. Search results will first present, in alphabetical order, physicians employed or contracted with Brown University Health or its affiliates, followed by an alphabetical listing of physicians who are in Brown University Health’s network of affiliated providers. At the end of that initial list, you can access an alphabetical listing of community physicians with privileges at Brown University Health hospitals. All physicians in Find a Doctor have the opportunity to have a picture or video posted on the site. Neither the order of physicians, nor the presence or absence of a photo or video, in Find a Doctor is intended to reflect any preference, priority, or recommendation by Brown University Health. Find a Doctor search results are also not based on the volume or value of referrals to Brown University Health or its affiliates from any listed physician. Users are free to select their physician of choice from among all Brown University Health-affiliated medical staff physicians.

Giulia Righi, PhD
Lead Psychologist
Dr. Giulia Ricciarelli Righi is a staff psychologist at the Pediatric Anxiety Research Center (PARC) at Bradley Hospital and an assistant professor (research) in the department of psychiatry and human behavior at Brown University.
Dr. Ricciarelli Righi completed her bachelor of science and her doctorate at Brown University, a research fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital, and her clinical training at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Dr. Ricciarelli Righi returned to Brown University for her clinical internship and clinical fellowship.
Dr. Ricciarelli Righi has experience in the treatment of children and adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders, and also with neurodiverse individuals.
Her research interests have focused on a better understanding of the presentation of severe psychopathology, including anxiety and OCD, in neurodiverse individuals. More recently Dr. Ricciarelli Righi has been developing a line of research that integrates an understanding of the role of sleep in the context of treatment for anxiety and OCD.
