Tara Bautista, BSN, RN, is the clinical manager with Brown Health Medical Group’s department of neurosurgery. She works with leadership to manage day-to-day operations for the clinic, in addition to other duties.
Prior to her current role, she was a registered nurse at Brown University Health and later served as an assistant clinical nurse manager and clinical nurse manager of the inpatient neurosurgical spine unit, as well as the orthopedic surgical unit. During her time with Brown University Health, she’s helped create educational material for staff and patients, grown the number of beds available to care for patients when needed, and served on numerous committees.
