Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, Hematology/Oncology

Justin Liauw, PharmD, BCOP, precepts PGY2 residents and pharmacy students in adult hematology/oncology experiences. He lectures at the University of Rhode Island and Johnson and Wales University Center on pharmacotherapeutics and is involved in educating medical interns who are rotating on the hematology/oncology service.

Liauw participates in multidisciplinary rounds at both Rhode Island and The Miriam hospitals while providing pharmacy services to hematology/oncology patients. He is also working on updating the credentialing process for pharmacists working in the Comprehensive Cancer Center.
