Chip Malloy is Vice President of Operations at Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care. Malloy joined Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care after 25 years as an executive leader with Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia and 2 years as a Healthcare Consultant and Managing Director for patient experience, workforce engagement, consumerism, quality and safety. Malloy also taught Health Policy as an Adjunct Faculty member at Saint Joseph’s University for 10 years.
Malloy attended West Chester University for Health Science and is a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner. His graduate education is in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a certified Crucial Conversations Trainer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Work-Out Facilitator, and Change Accelerator. Malloy has also completed Leadership Academy.
Malloy leads and manages strategic and operational initiatives in Practice Management, Centralized Services, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Risk Compliance and Marketing to ensure that Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care delivers better health and care at a lower cost for its population of patients. He collaborates with the Executive team of Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care and with Brown University Health Corporate Services teams on the operational aspects of all other Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care and Brown University Health activities and initiatives.
Malloy is passionate about rounding and being seen at the practices to enhance the patient and workforce experience while fostering a culture of quality, safety, diversity, equity and inclusion at Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care.
