Brenna Reilly-Evans, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist specialist in ambulatory care at The Miriam Hospital Infectious Diseases and Immunology Center. Dr. Reilly-Evans works with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with HIV/AIDS, with a focus in primary care medication management and disease state education. She also assists in the management of HIV/hepatitis C coinfection, hepatitis C monoinfection and HIV Preexposure Prophylaxis (PrEP). Additionally, Dr. Reilly-Evans volunteers at the Rhode Island Free Clinic to provide pharmacist primary care services.
