Aisha Ashraf, PharmD, BC-ADM, CDCES, currently practices at the Center for Primary Care (CPC) in Providence under several collaborative practice agreements (CPAs). She has been with Brown University Health since 2010 and has practiced in a variety of areas including The Miriam Hospital, Complex Derm Clinic, Adult Endocrine Clinic, Adult Pulmonary Clinic, Cranston Primary Care, and Warwick Primary Care (formerly known as Brown Health Medical Group), and Brown University Health's Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Dr. Ashraf has completed board certification in advanced diabetes management (BC-ADM).
Dr. Ashraf has extensive experience precepting learners of all levels and currently precepts longitudinal advanced practice pharmacy experience (LAPPE) students and PGY-1 and PGY-2 pharmacy residents.
