At the end of that initial list, you can access an alphabetical listing of community physicians with privileges at Brown University Health hospitals. All physicians in Find a Doctor have the opportunity to have a picture or video posted on the site. Neither the order of physicians, nor the presence or absence of a photo or video, in Find a Doctor is intended to reflect any preference, priority, or recommendation by Brown University Health. Find a Doctor search results are also not based on the volume or value of referrals to Brown University Health or its affiliates from any listed physician. Users are free to select their physician of choice from among all Brown University Health-affiliated medical staff physicians.

Rimini A. Breakstone, MD is a medical oncologist who specializes in gastrointestinal cancers. She received her medical degree from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Rutgers University and completed her residency and fellowship at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Breakstone is board certified in hematology, oncology and internal medicine.
Prior to joining the Brown University Health Cancer Institute, she was an instructor at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and served on the Unit Based Clinical Leadership Committee focused on inpatient quality improvement measures. Dr. Breakstone is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Medical Association. Her research interests include malignancies of esophagus, stomach, biliary system, pancreas, colon and rectum.
